Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective products received by the customer.
To qualify, an unboxing video (clear and uncut from package opening to product inspection) must be provided as proof of damage.
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund.

2. Replacement Policy

If your product is found to be damaged upon delivery and valid proof is submitted, a replacement will be issued within 7 days of approval.
Replacement will be for the same product only. Exchanges for other products are not permitted.
All replacement products will be delivered in 4-7 business days as per location.

3. Refund Policy

If the same product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be credited within 7 days after the return is approved.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

Email us at info@rtrfashion-trend.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Attach the order details and unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
Our support team will review the request and guide you through the process.
In case of refund it will be credited to original payment method in 5-7 business days.

5. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Perfume bottles that are opened, partially used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
